Triarco Industries, Wayne, NJ, and Ingredia Resources (IR), Basking Ridge, NJ, have finalized a business agreement wherein IR will collaborate with Triarco in developing and marketing a new line of botanicals for the cosmetic market. The joint venture will offer a number of naturally based new functional ingredients to makers of skin care and hair care products.
